Purpose and Utilization of Data
Collected individual student parameters are executed strictly for the following operational workflows:
- Providing in-car instructional lessons, classroom training, and digital curriculum access.
- Processing corporate enrollment, managing scheduling databases, executing billing profiles, and issuing corporate statements.
- Fulfilling legal reporting mandates by submitting successful completion rosters directly into the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) database systems for official driver profile certification.
- Distributing vital operational notifications, scheduling updates, or mandatory safety alerts.
Disclosure and Distribution Restrictions
G12G Driving School strictly prohibits the sale, lease, rental, or marketing dissemination of individual personal data records to external entities. Information is shared exclusively under the following mandated conditions:
Operational data and licensing records are directly uploaded to the MTO central repository as legally required to confirm official completion of the Beginner Driver Education (BDE) curriculum framework.
Cloud database, portal hosting, and scheduling system applications deployed under strict data processing agreements.
Disclosures mandated by Ontario provincial regulations, Canadian federal law enforcement requests, or protective legal proceedings.
Our commitment: Your personal data is never sold, rented, or traded for commercial purposes. Any third-party sharing occurs solely under contractual obligation and strict legal necessity.
Data Retention and Safeguards
We maintain strict administrative, technological, and physical security parameters to guarantee defense against unauthorized access, theft, or modification.
Pursuant to Ontario Ministry guidelines, physical and digital student tracking records must be permanently archived and safely maintained for a mandatory duration of up to three (3) years, after which all profile records are securely destroyed.
Data Security: All records are protected through administrative controls, encrypted digital storage, and physical security measures in full compliance with PIPEDA and Ontario Ministry of Transportation requirements.
