Terms & Conditions of Service
By accessing the G12G Driving School web platform, acquiring packages, coordinating appointments, or initiating enrollment, you acknowledge and agree to be bound entirely by the following formal terms.
📋 Contents
G12G Driving School is a Ministry of Transportation (MTO) Approved Beginner Driver Education Provider. These Terms and Conditions govern all services offered through our platform and in-person operations within the Province of Ontario. Please read carefully before enrolling or booking any service.
Mandatory Student Licensing & Fitness Controls
Every student participating in physical in-car practical instructions must possess a valid Ontario Driver's Licence (Class G1, G2, or G) or a legally recognized international counterpart authorized by the MTO. The physical licence card must be present upon the student's person during all instructional times. Digital images or copies are strictly invalid.
Students must maintain a physical and cognitive status permitting safe vehicle manipulation. Instructors reserve full unilateral authority to cancel scheduled instruction immediately if they suspect the student is under the influence of alcohol, chemical substances, prescription impairment, or extreme fatigue. Complete financial forfeiture applies to the lesson under these conditions.
BDE Course Certification & Completion Windows
To establish eligibility for a Ministry of Transportation Driver's Licence History (DLH) certificate via the Beginner Driver Education framework, the following timeline restrictions apply:
All elements of the chosen BDE course track — consisting of the digital/online modules and all mandatory in-car practical lesson requirements — must be completed within exactly one (1) calendar year calculated from the official registration date.
Failure to satisfy all programmatic benchmarks within this 1-year timeline triggers immediate file expiration under MTO mandates. No certification will be granted, and re-enrollment with full regular tuition fees will be required to re-initiate training.
Booking, Cancellation & Short-Notice Forfeiture
MANDATORY POLICY: ZERO REFUND AND FULL FEE FORFEITURE FOR PRIVATE CLASSES OR ROAD TEST BOOKINGS CANCELLED WITHIN LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE.
G12G Driving School enforces a strict 24-hour notice standard for any scheduling variations. Modifications, cancellations, or rescheduling requests for individual private classes, in-car instructional appointments, or booked road test services must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the lesson start time.
Cancellation, modification, or absence from a private class, lesson, or road test arrangement within less than 24 hours will cause the complete forfeiture of the full booking fee. No monetary refunds, replacement credits, or substitute hours will be allocated under any situation.
Digital Access Trigger & Package Refund Boundaries
MANDATORY POLICY: STRICT 50% MAXIMUM PROGRAM REFUND LIMIT ONCE ONLINE COURSE PORTAL ACCESS HAS BEEN PROVIDED.
Upon successful database enrollment and the issuance of login tokens or portal access data for the online BDE classroom environment, the curriculum package is legally deemed partially consumed.
Following the distribution of digital access parameters, the maximum return on any program registration is strictly capped at 50% of the total paid amount, on the condition that zero practical in-car sessions have occurred. Upon the commencement of any in-car practical hours, the entire program fee converts to completely non-refundable.
DriveTest Centre Vehicle Rental Terms
Utilization of a G12G Driving School fleet vehicle for an Ontario DriveTest examination is subject to instructor availability and requires structured advanced booking and payment.
The assigned instructor preserves the absolute personal discretion to withhold vehicle authorization for a scheduled road test if, in their expert evaluation, the client has failed to exhibit a satisfactory and safe standard of driving competency.
Package Expiration & Accountability Boundaries
All prepaid training programs, instructional lesson hours, and promotional bundles are subject to a fixed lifespan of one (1) year from the transaction date. Any incomplete segments remaining after one year automatically expire and cannot be redeemed for cash or service.
G12G Driving School is fully insured as required by Ontario regulations, but holds zero liability for test deferrals or cancellations resulting from DriveTest operational delays, weather road blocks, or unpredicted mechanical adjustments.
G12G Driving School maintains full Ontario-compliant insurance coverage for all in-car training activities and fleet vehicles used during lessons and road tests.
